Positive East will be holding a 5km fun run in Richmond Park, London called the 5K Fun Run. The event will be taking place on November 21st, starting from 10am. It is free to enter – running teams are welcome. Just sign up and pledge to raise £50. All proceeds will be donated to Positive East. You can register online at www.5K-red-run.org.uk, alternatively you can download the 5K Red Run registration form by visiting http://www.positiveeast.org.uk/pages/wanttohelp.html .
