• How to Find Start Line: Parkwood is located in the village of Tong, Bradford, UK, just 10 minutes off the M62 and only 4 miles from both Leeds and Bradford city centres and is easily accessible by car, rail or air. From the M1 – exit at junction 42 heading West on the M62. From the M62 – exit at junction 27 onto the A62, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A650 (Bradford). After 2.5miles at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the B6135, after 300m turn left into Tong Lane. The Pain Barrier at Parkwood will be signed on the left hand side after 1mile.
