Race Description

This race will be one that will be talked about for a long time. It will be designed by an actual Adventure Racer. Things will be found here that you will not find in other Adventure Runs. This property has elevation changes, a giant water-slide, a place where spectators can sit high atop a hill and look down at the “Highlanders” as they fight their way to the finish! There will be many obstacles that will be very challenging and a lot of fun! Things involving ropes, balance beams, pipes, mud, swinging, crawling, climbing and sliding downhills. For those that perhaps find an obstacle that they do not feel they can conquer, there will always be an “easy” way around, but it will take you a little longer to do than to go over or through the obstacle. An iced cold beer to each participant, great unique trophies for normal 5 year age groups, cool t-shirts, great music, good food. This is going to be a lot of fun and you will not want to miss it! The 3 mile course will be challenging, but the 6 mile course will be for the “Highlanders” that have what it takes to travel twice the distance of a regular Adventure Run to see if they can make it to the finish!
Spectators should bring their cameras, because they will be able to be close up on most of the obstacles to get their favorite “Highlander” photos. Check out our website for pictures and details!
