Race Description

The Cribyn Fell Race is a classic of the Brecon Beacons. This is a fell race to please everyone- steep climbs, gradual climbs, fast descents, rough descents, fast ridge running, grass, rocks, river crossings and navigational choice. The entire race takes place on the open fell.

For safety reasons participants should have navigational skills and mountain experience- EVEN IN FINE WEATHER. In accordance with FRA/WFRA rules competitors may be required to carry map, whistle, compass and wind- and/or waterproof full body cover.

Parking at Cwm Gydi is limited so please car share if possible. Please note the nearest postcode LD3 8LE, is not directly at the car park, please consult you own map to locate the blue car park marker.
