Race Description

Fancy a Mid Week Run challenge then come and take on our Cardiff MidWeeker in the stunning Bute Park.

You can run individually in the 5k, 10k or why not take on the team relay. If you want to get a corporate team together this is a great opportunity to have your company running!

Awards up for grabs are:

Fastest individuals (M and F); fastest relay team; largest company entry, as well as fastest companies.

Timings – 10k individual run 6pm – Team Relay 6.05pm – 5k run 6.20pm

This is how it works:

Enter individually into the 5k or 10k race: £22pp

Enter as a team of 2 for our team 10k relay event: £20 per person (PLEASE make sure to enter both team members). Teams can be made up of any gender. Each participant runs 5k.

Every entrant receives full race chip timing, an awesome medal, race support and high fives, light refreshments post race (as well as bottled water at start/finish line).

So lay the challenge down to your friends, colleagues, your business associates, your competitors and lets get as many people together for this event.
