• How to Find Start Line: Both races begin on the road next to the Lake Harriet Bandshell parking lot. Look for the banners. The announcer will begin asking runners and walkers to line up approximately 10 minutes before race start. The 10k starts at 9 a.m. and the 5k starts at 9:05 a.m.
• Nearest Parking: Two pay parking lots are available near the Bandshell at the north end of Lake Harriet. Parking lots will close around 8:30 a.m. to stop automobile traffic on the race course. Free parking is available on Lake Harriet Parkway or on any of the streets near the lake. Please watch and follow neighborhood parking signs. Carpooling is encouraged.
