Race Description

STATO will be hosting it’s 2nd Annual Haunted Hustle on Sunday, October 30, 2011 in Temiskaming Shores beginning at the Haileybury Waterfront. Runners and walkers can choose from a 5km, 10km and 21km distance. Last year’s event was a success, raising $4900.00 for our beautiful trail.

This year, the event will be extended to a half marathon, the first to be held in Temiskaming Shores. Championchip Timing will be at the event and will have everyone’s time posted within an hour of the event finishing. Brent Gabbani or Tim Horton’s has donated 2 Mountain Bikes which will be the prizes for the Top Female and Male Finishers in the 1/2 Marathon Event!

If you attended last year’s event, please check out the photo gallery to see if you were caught by our camera people. From Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs to Our Very Own Haileybury Beach Lifeguard, we saw them all. Costumes are not mandatory, but the costumes that we did have last year were awesome, we can’t wait to see what great ideas people will come up with this year. Richard Steward of Photografiks has graciously offered to be our photographer for this year’s event and plans to capture all participants and costumes.
