Race Description

For the fifth consecutive year, Corner Fitness is proud to announce its sponsorship of Santa’s Spirit Sprint, a one mile racing event that is geared towards helping some needy children in Belmont Co. during the Holidays.

On Saturday, December 7, runners and walkers will lace up their shoes to brave the cold and help out those in need. The cost is only 12 bucks if you register early. Race day registration begins at 2:30pm at Barnesville High School. The race starts promptly at 4pm and ends at the Corner Fitness Aerobics Room. The first 200 participants are guaranteed a ceramic Christmas ornament, glow sticks, and jingle bells for their shoes. Afterwards, stick around for Hollie’s home-made cookies and hot chocolate, then watch the Christmas Parade! Over 50 beautifully hand-crafted holiday trophies will be awarded. Some door prizes will be given. We also will be accepting new toys, clothes, and gift cards to be given to the families.
