The race is held in Grange-over-Sands and takes in breath-taking views of South Lakeland, Morecambe Bay and North Lancashire

Approximately Six miles. Start and finish at Grange C.E. Primary School
Minimum age of 16 on race day.

Course terrain varies from flat to hilly, mostly on road with about a half mile off-road.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Men and Ladies plus 1st Vet in FV35, FV45, FV55, FV65, MV40, MV50, MV60 and MV70.

1st Man and/or Woman to beat course records of 36:03M/42:20F gets extra £40.
