Race Description
The Stroke Association’s Resolution 5K is back to ensure you make your New Year’s resolution a reality!
It’s time to dust off your trainers, pull on your joggers and join the crowds for this fantastic Sunday morning fun run in the beautiful surroundings of Cheshire’s Delamere Forest.
This scenic 5km route has some challenging aspects, but what goes up must come down and there are plenty of flat and downhill sections to keep you going!
