Location: 37019 North Lava Lane, Cave Creek, AZ — Park at the Cave Creek Regional Park Playground, just north of the Nature Center.
Our 3.5-mile hike will take you through the beautiful Overton Loop Trail, a moderately challenging trail with 524 feet of elevation gain. Hikers on AllTrails rate this trail 4.6 stars on a 1-5 scale. On average, this hike takes 90 minutes to complete.

Park admission fees are $7 per vehicle so carpools are encouraged. If you have a valid Maricopa County Parks annual pass, show it to the officials at the park entrance gate and pay no admission fees.
