Race Description
The Pride Games T&F Open Meetings is ‘open’ specially to all levels of ability and experience and irrespective of sexual orientation. We would like to encourage anyone to come along and have a go at all the events we have put in the programme.
Sprint drills and coaching on throws and jumps will be provided for anybody who want to learn/improve or simply compete at our Open Meeting.
We will be going out for a meal/drinks after the event.
Events
Track : 3,000m, 1,500m, 800m, 100m hurdles, 400m, 200m, 100m and 4x100m relays.
Field : Javelin, shot put, hammer and discus. Long jump, triple jump and high jump.
Both track and field competition will be preceded by on demand coached practice led by qualified coaches.
Times will be provided by timekeepers (manual timing).
