Free to enter Virtual 10k Running Challenge, where it’s not the fastest runner that wins, it’s the runner with the highest Cadence.
You can compete from anywhere in the world during October, in the event that’s not just designed to improve your Cadence, but also your running!
Prizes are available for the highest cadence in 3 different pace categories 🙂
