The Muscle Acre 10k is an obstacle course run over fields and undulating terrain being held in Woodstreet Village, Guildford, Surrey on 26 July 2014. The course is designed by former Royal Marine Commando Kev Lomas, who has used his time in the forces and his experience as a fitness instructor to make the course challenging but enjoyable. The event is open to everyone (minimum age 16) and is perfect for your fitness and fun. So sign up as an individual or better still bring your friends and enter as a team.

Entrance fees are as follows:

Early Bird (until 26 June) £31.50
Standard (27 June to 19 July) £36.50
Last Minute (19 July to 26 July) £46.50
