Race Description

Both the 50K and the 25K are conducted on a 5 K loop course — 10 loops for the 50K and 5 loops for the 25K. The 50K is the USA Track &Field National Road 50K Championship.

The races take place on asphalt paths at Caumsett State Park, one of LongIsland’s most scenic recreational areas, overlooking Long Island Sound.

Two aid stations per loop – one fully stocked, the second liquids only
