The challenge starts early morning as the sun is rising across the sky. As teams of 4-6 you start out on your team lap around the lake before heading off across 12 stages and finishing in Cardiff in Millennium stadium on Saturday evening. The stages vary from 20 minutes running to 2 hours and time of day not to mention terrain! You have to work together to navigate between stages and support your runner over each stage. There are team stages as well where your whole team runs together. The final mile is an example which has you running together into Millennium stadium to finish. You see yourself on the big screens as the music from the after race party rocks out. We have many teams and groups who come along and get involved and join in the amazing atmosphere as teams compete and raise money for their charities in this incredible team experience.
