The Laganside is a flat fast course run on roads and toe paths adjacent to the river Lagan. The event is well established as a friendly event suitable for all abilities with anual fields of around 800 runners. This year the event will be in support of Marie Curie Cancer Care with significant funds going towards the charity. There will also be a supporting fun run over 2.5 km in the adjacent Ormeau Park starting at 1.30pm. Free goody bag, tea / coffee and voucher to redeem or donate to charity to all 10k finishers.
