Race Description
A centenary marathon marking Kennedy Kane McArthur, a native of Dervock,gold medal win in the Stockholm Olympics 1912. The marathon will be supported by a half marathon and 10K race. Congratulations also to the winners of the half marathon: Alan McCullough of North Belfast Harriers, who finished in 01:11:58, and Julie Balmer of North Down AC, who finished in 01:24:18!
Well done to Matthew McCooke of Ballymena Runners, who was first home in the 10K event in just 00:35:50, followed by the ladies’ winners, Julie Murphy of Lagan Valley, who finished in 00:42:43!
