Race Description

Join us to celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day! Hope in Motion is Minnesota’s National Cancer Survivors Day Celebration, including a 5K Run/Walk, a 1-Mile Family Walk, a 1K Kids Dash, wellness activities, entertainment, speakers, and more. Proceeds will benefit Angel Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides support and programs for cancer survivors and their families.

Whether you’re a cancer survivor, a caregiver, or a supporter, we look forward to celebrating National Cancer Survivors Day with you on June 7, 2015!

Who is a cancer survivor? The National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation defines a “survivor” as anyone living with a history of cancer – from the moment of diagnosis through the remainder of life. There are nearly 14 million cancer survivors in the United States. Join us to celebrate survivors of all ages and types of cancer and to remember those who lost their lives to cancer.

8:45 a.m. – Welcome, Warm Up, and Kids’ Dash
9:10 a.m. – 5K start
9:20 a.m. – 1-Mile Family Walk Start
