Race Description
On December 9th, 2012 the Honolulu Marathon will be staging its 40th anniversary race.
Honolulu is one of the largest marathons in the world. This is a well professional and well organised race.
Everybody is guaranteed a place in the marathon and the course stays open until the last person crosses the finish line. There is no cut-off time!
The marathon Expo runs for four days prior to the race with with top vendors and training and race strategy discussion seminars.
The race starts at 5am with firework.
The main sponsors are Japanese Airlines, Adidas, MUFG Card.
