It’s All For The Kids! Dreams and Wishes grants wishes to youth who have relapsed from cancer. Join the fight at the Heroes5K!

Fight for Dreams and Wishes of Tennessee at the Heroes 5k. The Heroes 5k is the perfect way to fight for your local charity! All levels of super heroes and villains are welcome to participate in this super 5k! Walk, run or fly your way to the finish line. Let your superpowers shine bright under the cool glow of the black lights at the Heroes 5k!

Test your super speeds during this timed event. All super heroes and villains will have the opportunity to be timed, however, it is not mandatory so runners/walkers are allowed to opt out of timing. Weather you are timed or not, we encourage all our participants to dress as their favorite superhero or dare we say villain. This will be an evening race so come with your glow gear and get ready for a super packed evening.

Super After Party
While your superhero speed will be put to the test on the course, your super dance moves will be moving and a rocking at the super after party. Participants are encouraged to stay for the after party and get their photos taken for the newspaper headlines!
