Race Description

A free monthly 5k run held on the first saturday of each month at 10:00 throughout the year. It is a totally flat tarmac course which makes it fast. Just turn up, run and give your details in at the end.

Suitable for runners of all abilities from the club runner who is PB chasing to the newcomer wanting to try out a 5k race..
With prizes courtesy of sponsor Merseyvend, comprehensive race results service on line same day, toilets, bag storage, parking, water at the finish, friendly, fast and free it ticks the boxes.
