Race Description

Sunday 5 May 1.30pm at Galway Race Course – Ballybrit
The race takes a tour around the legendary Galway Racecourse, before heading out on a quiet stone walled signature Galway country roads then back into the race course for an exciting finishing lap of the race course and grandstand finish.
Start/finish and entire route are on road surface.

Bring your family for a great day out in the Races they’ll get a great view of the finish but this time we’ll give the horses a break as it will be you galloping to the grandstand finish!
A great day of road racing and family fun will be had for runners of all abilities. Fit4Life members welcome
Race number collection: Your race number will be available for collection from 11am to 1pm on race day at our race HQ at Galway RaceCourse. Limited places for this super running event!

Ample parking available next to the race HQ – Tea, Coffee and tasty refreshments will be provided to all at the finish in the Grandstand.
– Race Technical tops for entries received before 15th March
– Family Fun Day from 11.00am to 4.30pm
– Junior 1km fun run 12.30
– Spot prizes for Fit4life participants
