Race Description

Voted by readers of ‘Runners World’ as best half marathon race in UK for a PB time. Chip timing, fast flat course and virtually traffic free. Entries tend to be split 50/50 between club/non club runners. This mix of abilities ensures race feels busy but rarely crowded.Section of course is on an old airfield and seafront promenade.
Facilities include showers, toilets, changing and secure baggage area are provided along with refreshments. Car parking available close to venue. Massage, medal engraving and Sport clothing retailer. All finishers receive medal and ‘goody bag’. This is a County Championship and Hampshire Road Race League Event. Under 12’s children’s Fun Run.
