Race Description

Single lap of completely traffic free course, mainly on wide hard cycleways with some running on tarmac roadways and a little on softer forest paths.

Running from the historic Speech House in a circuit through the beautiful Forest of Dean.

Well regarded event, fully marshalled by friendly volunteers, chip timed.

Large free car park at start with race village, toilets, food, sports goods, bar and accommodation in adjacent hotel.

This race is now in it’s eighteenth year. Each year we aim to bring you a better experience. This year the course is again unchanged but you may notice further refinements.

Organised as a charity fundraiser by volunteer professionals. All proceeds are donated to charities.
