The Village of Homewood and South Suburban Humane Society are thrilled to bring Fast and Furriest 5K run/walk through the streets of beautiful downtown Homewood! The race starts and finishes outside La Voute in Martin Square. Registrants receive a t-shirt, completion medal, and runners 21 years and older will receive a free Tito’s Handmade Vodka beverage and raffle ticket for a Tito’s prize pack. All net proceeds of the Fast and Furriest 5K support the pets and programs of SSHS. Tito’s Handmade Vodka is generously matching all donations to the event up to $5,000. Other raffles, music, food for sale and adoptable SSHS dogs will be there at the after-party! You are welcome to run/walk with your well-behaved, up-to-date on vaccinations dog!
