Race Description
Please join us for the second annual EquiTeam Support Services Racing for Autism 5k/10k Walk/Run! This family-friendly event will feature a 5k run, 5k walk, 10k run, 10k walk, and FREE Kid’s Fun Run! The run takes place on the beautiful South Branch Farms and York County Heritage Rail Trail. The course includes roads and trails, flat and some rolling hills. Enjoy southern York County at its finest – the beauty of the countryside in the fall!
New this year, chip timing!
T-shirt and swag bag for all registered runners. Door prizes and activities for kids too!
All proceeds from this event will benefit EquiTeam Support Services, a non-profit organization providing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning for children and adolescents in the York County area. EquiTeam has expanded their Equine Assisted Learning program to include the Horse Boy method for children on the Autism spectrum. Please join us for this family-friendly event to raise Autism awareness and support EquiTeam’s mission to assist Autism families.
