Race Description

The 2016 CrossFit I35 Summer Swolestice will be the most unique fitness event you’ve ever experienced.

This event will be held in two locations.

The first location will be the CrossFit I35 Gym where we will test the following:

CrossFit Total

The CrossFit Total is a Maximum effort in 3 different lifts

Squat
Press
Deadlift
After all athletes complete the CrossFit total we will relocate to Shawnee Mission Park where the second and final event will be:

10,000 Meter Run

This is a very unique one day test of both absolute strength and endurance in the same individuals.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 men and top 5 women.

The affiliate with the most number of entries and best team of 5 will be recognized as well.
