Race Description

Join us for the inaugural Children’s Community School 5K, 1 Mile Family Walk and Kids’ Fun Run. The event starts and finishes at Waterbury’s Library Park and passes other scenic city parks and the Palace Theater. After the race, families can enjoy food, beverages and family-friendly activities. Since 1969, Children’s Community School (CCS) has been educating children from Waterbury’s disadvantaged families so that they may create unsuccessful lives for themselves. Fundraise for CCS and receive a complimentary entry!
