ARCHIVED RACE: Cardiff 5K – Race For Victory @ Whitchurch Village, Cardiff, Cardiff, United Kingdom on 09 May 2020

We are delighted to announce the 5th annual running of the Cardiff 5K in Whitchurch Village, a leafy suburb of Cardiff, on the evening of Saturday 9th May 2020
The race is open to runners aged 11 and over of all abilities; so you can be a competitive runner or just enjoy a fun run in a real timed race.
Participants will be able to Race, Run, Jog or Walk this closed road, 5K race route; and either take part to raise funds for their chosen Charity or just for the Fun…the choice is theirs.
SPONSORSHIP
You don’t have to raise any sponsorship money to run this race.
However, we would be delighted if you choose to raise sponsorship for your chosen charity.
If you would like to run for a charity and raise sponsorship, we recommend supporting Kidney Wales.
For almost 50 years, Kidney Wales has been at the forefront of kidney patient care, well being and research here in Wales.
You can do this in a number of ways:

The event includes a Race under the rules and regulations of Welsh Athletics, which will be timed and official results will be posted.

All Runners get a Cardiff 5K – Race For Victory Technical T-shirt featuring names of all those taking part

The race will be fully marshalled, and the course is marked to
national standards.
