Arrrrrrrghhhh………you tough enough to compete in the gnarliest mud/obstacle race on the Oregon Coast?

The first annual Buccaneer Rampage will be Saturday August 24th 2013 in Newport Oregon, and will feature a number of challenging obstacles spread out over a few miles of muddy, steep terrain. Competitors will have to brave everything from flaming hurdles to mud crawls and rope walls. Everyone finishing the race will recieve a prize and there will be a special prize for the best pirate costume.

The event will also feature an after party, with music, food, and a beer garden.

This event is organized by the City of Newport Parks and Recreation, and proceeds from the event go to help the youth sports scholarship program.
Prices:

$25 if registered by July 22nd
$30 July 22nd-August 22nd
$45 Day-of-Event.

Due to the intense nature of this event participants must be 18 years of age or older on race day.
