Hi i have just done my 1st park run at Hove.
As i did not know what was going to happen i asked a helper.
just before the start a lady was trying to tell the runners something.
everone stopped talking so we could here,;BUT started talking 5 seconds later so i could not hear what she was saying.
I think if they have taken the time to set it up for us to run then we should take the time to hear what they are telling us at the start.
Thanks to all that help on the day.
