Race Description

With a route around the stunning Verulamium Park, this 5k is perfect for anyone! Whether you’re a budding athlete looking to beat your personal best or new to running and wanting to tackle a shorter distance, our marshals will cheer you on and entertain you with their fancy dress the whole way round. And the free ice lolly waiting for you at the finish line is sure to get you through those last few kilometers!

The 5K run is chip timed.5k
Please note the course is a single loop course all within the grounds of Verulamium Park.
Participants must complete the full 5k.
Participants must be aged 11yrs and over to enter.
Water points and marshals will be situated along the course.
There are two race categories: 11 – 16 yrs and 17+ yrs.
Participants must complete the race within 55 minutes.
