Race Description

Join us for the 3rd Annual March of Dimes 5k for Healthy Babies & Kid’s Race! The 5k and Kid’s Race supports our mission to help all babies be born healthy. The event will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Registration will open at 7:30 AM, with the 5k beginning at 9 AM, and the Kid’s Race (50 yard dash) beginning at 9:40 AM. Entrants for the Kid’s Race must be 12 or under. Runners who pre-register (before 9/20/2013) will receive a March of Dimes 5k water bottle. Day-of entrants will have the option to purchase the water bottle at the race. The fee for the 5k is $30, and the fee for the Kid’s Race is $10. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall runners, top 3 male & female runners in each age category, and all Kid’s Race participants. After the completion of the race there will be a reception with light refreshments, music, and the awards ceremony.
