The 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition: What to Expect
Not able to make it to Falmouth this August, but you still want to snag a finisher medal and the annual FRR commemorative coffee mug? You still have the opportunity to sign up for the 2023 AFRR At-Home Edition! You can run (or walk) the 7-mile distance either all at once, or over the course of a week, it’s up to you!
How Can I Sign Up?
You can register online beginning May 1st to run the 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition. You will also be entered to receive guaranteed entry to the 2024 in-person race!
Do you want to participate with your two- or four-legged friend?
New this year, we invite you and your ‘furry’ bestie to complete the event together! Look for a fun contest for you and your furry bestie later this season. To purchase your official ASICS Falmouth Road Race pet merch, be sure to select the option ‘Pet Gear’ prior to checkout!
When Can I Expect My Stuff?
Your runner race kit and bib are being sent to the address you provided at the time of registration. The boxes will be shipped during the last week of July and scheduled to be delivered to you by early August, just in time for the event.

What Are The At-Home Event Details?
The 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition is set for August 12-August 19
To get started:
Map out a route in your neighborhood to complete the 7 miles.
Download the ASICS RunKeeper app on your mobile device (optional but recommended for automatic tracking of your time and results).
When you are ready to participate in the event, which runs August 12-19, open RunKeeper and begin your run/walk.
Share Your Success!
Take lots of sweaty selfies and celebratory finish line photos! In your race kit you will be provided sidewalk chalk so you can create your own finish line and share your artwork creation for an opportunity to win some additional swag with the rest of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race At-Home Edition community! – Tag us at #FalmouthRoadRace and #FRRAtHome

Charity runners needed – you can complete your 7 miles At Home!
Please consider joining a charity fundraising team! You can walk, run, hop, skip, or jump your way through 7 miles in your neighborhood, wherever you are in the world.
The best part of the At-Home Edition of the ASICS Falmouth Road Race is YOU get to choose the course. Be as creative as you’d like to be. Perhaps your course will be a 3.5-mile out-and-back, or the one-mile loop around your neighborhood completed over several days, or it’s a 7-mile point-to-point with a loved one waiting at the “finish line” to celebrate you and return you safely to home. Whichever course you choose will be the right one.

If you decide to “go virtual,” you will have fun all summer long!
We have a blast planning ways to keep you engaged all summer long. Expect us to randomly “Surprise and Delight” some of our registered At-Home participants. There will be social media contests and fun ways to share your favorite four legged training partners with us as well as more exiting options for you to stay motivated to train and complete your 7 miles in August! Did we mention the Digital Gift Bag – coming in July – with offers, contests, discounts, and great info?

For help creating your own 7-mile course, consider utilizing an online service like Map My Run or On the Go Map.
We simply ask that you run, or walk, seven miles at home, in your neighborhood, safely.
