Race Description

TLC-The Treatment and Learning Centers 8th Annual King of the Road 5K Run/1 Mile Fun Run is going to be held on Sunday, November 18, 2012!

This race is an annual family-oriented charity event that helps raise the money to support 2,200 children and adults with special needs in our community. Whether you are a weekend runner, walker, or top-notch athlete, our USATF-sanctioned event offers something for everyone: chip timing (provided by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club – MCRRC), prizes for top finishers, raffle prizes, a premium for every participant, and great food. Most of all, you will walk (or run) away knowing you have helped make a difference to the many people in our community who rely on TLC’s therapeutic, educational, and employment programs to improve their lives.
