Race Description

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is Scotland’s biggest running event with a record-breaking 27,695 runners planning to hit the streets of the capital over the weekend. Second only to the London Marathon in terms of size, the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2012 weekend includes the full marathon as well as the half marathon, a 10K, a 5K, two junior races, an international breakfast run for visiting overseas runners, mascot race and the increasingly popular team relay marathon, affectionately called the Hairy Haggis Team relay.
