Race Description

One of only 3 professionally timed beach run races in the country!!! Join us for the 3rd Annual Surfing Madonna 5K/10K and 10 MILE BEACH RUN/WALK CHALLENGE with an amazing LOW TIDE course along the water’s edge covering the most beautiful beaches in North County San Diego. Last year, the race sold out and was dubbed to be one of San Diego’s best races of 2014!! Plenty of aid stations, fresh fruit, beautiful race medals and live music await you at the finish line. This race also includes a nice race shirt, raffle ticket, costume contest and $15,000 in prize money for top winners in various divisions. Race proceeds are donated to ocean conservation programs/projects, youth education and scholarships, marine mammal rescue/recovery, and an annual Surf Camp for Special Needs Children and the Wounded Warriors.
