A 4 mile ‘out and back’ race on Bridlington’s magnificent South sands. The race format is unique: visit our web site for details. Part of the first Bridlington Festival of Running. supported by a 3K ‘fun run’. A relatively flat and fast ‘out and back’ 10K starting and finishing on Bridlington’s North promenade. Part of the first Bridlington Festival of Running. Supported by 1 and 2 mile junior athletes races. 5Km multiterrain run in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Run along farm track and through woodland. The Chiltern Open Air Museum has 33 restored vernacular buildings and a working historic farm with rare breed animals. Flat, fast course ideal for that elusive PB. Mainly road but does include some track/cycle path with a grass finish. 
A one lap, certified course with mile markers on mainly closed roads in Adel, and around Eccup Reservoir. Race HQ and Presentations: Adel War Memorial Association, Church Lane, Adel, Leeds.
