Fast, flat, two lap course with cash prizes to first three men and women and £100 for the course record. Held under U.K.A Laws 
Now in it’s 4th year, the City of Salford 10k starts and finishes on the plaza between the Lowry Theatre and the Lowry Outlet Mall, running out via MediaCityUK over the Ship Canal to Trafford Park and then past Manchester United FC, before heading back over the Salford Quays bridge to the finish area. Part of Central Lancashire Grand prix. Trophies and tokenprize to race winners and age cats. The City of Salford 10K is a race for people of every standard and all are welcome.
