The Rendlesham Dash trail race is a beautiful course visiting some of the most stunning trails in the area. The route weaves its way through Rendlesham forest before tracing back in a great loop to Wantisden Hall. The race is diverse despite being a relatively flat course. The route is fully marked throughout.
