This demanding but scenic 20-mile race is a popular warm up to spring marathons such as Windermere and Edinburgh. It is a friendly, well marshalled event, taking place lostly on country lanes in Cheshire and Staffordshire, with a cash prize list, and t-shirts for all finishers, plus free pre- and post-race massage available. 
A flat fast 2 lap course ideal for beginners and seasoned athletes, all seeking a Personal Best. All finishers in the 10k race will receive a T-Shirt upon completion. Ample parking available. Approximately 9 gruelling miles over Cheshire’s rough terrain.Ideal preparation for the cross-country season! The race will start at 10:00 preceded at 9:30 by a 1 mile Fancy Dress fun run for all ages with a prize for the best costume. |
