The Eccup 10 is a well-established road race in North Leeds. It is a one lap certified course, run on mainly closed roads in Adel and around Eccup reservoir. 
Back for it’s 6th year, the Leeds 10K will see up to 10,000 runners hit the city centre streets for this well established run. From beginners to elites, all runners are welcome to join us on Sunday 8th July, simply head to www.runforall.com to register. Entry is just £20.12 for a limited time! Now in its 27th fantastic year, this year’s Leeds Abbey Dash is taking place on 20 November 2011. Join 8,000 other runners in one of the flattest and fastest 10k races in the country.
