The Mumbles Triathlon takes place in Mumbles Bay, near Swansea, on Saturday 23rd June 2012. Long course: 750m sea swim, 32k bike and a 5k run. Short course: 750m sea swim, 21k bike and 2.5k run. Mumbles Duathlon takes place in Mumbles, Swansea on Saturday 24th March 2012. Enjoy beautiful views across Mumbles Bay. Long course: 5k run, 32k bike and a 5k run. Short course: 5k run, 21k bike and 3k run. |
