The Pennington Flash parkrun is a fun, free event organised by volunteers for the benefit of everyone. They take place every Saturday at 09:00 10K race with jumps which takes part alongside the Belton Horse Trials and Grantham Cup, so there will be plenty for families and supporters to see and do while the running race takes place including a vintage car parade, dog agility test, dressage and beer tent. The inaugural Bent & Bongs 10K trail race has been organised by Astley & Tyldesley Road Runners. Prizes for all categories.
