The World’s Largest Assault Course returns to England’s finest Elizabethan Country Estate. A monstrous course will emerge with 200 obstacles scattered around a colossal 20 mile course. Once the running is over join us at sport’s most notorious after-party featuring Ash and the Craig Charles Funk & Soul DJ Set. 
Based on runner feedback, this is “the toughest 5k’ish adventure race in the Southeast”. This is a difficult course designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally.
