Join Tenovus for their 10k charity run at the National Botanic Garden of Wales on Sunday 29 April 2012 and help support the Tenovus Mobile Cancer Support Unit, which provides cancer treatment closer to patient’s homes. Why not join us for our 2.5k fun run or the children’s race […] A flat, fast and scenic certified accurate 10 mile route taking runners along the River Teifi and through the University Town of Lampeter. A perfect course for P.B.’s. 1st, 2nd & 3rd in Male Open, Male 40+, Male 50, Female Open, Female 35+, Female 45+. Male and Female team prize comprising of 4 runners. 5k run – 22k bike – 2.5k run Seaside duathlon with presentation at the Yacht Club. Prize for best fancy dress. Proceeds to Hope Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre. |
