Race Description

Looking for a challenge? With steep up hills, high alpine terrain, great downhills and some of the best scenery in Peru, this race will not disappoint. The Pisco 30k visits two of the most iconic places in Huascarán National Park, Laguna 69 and Pisco Base Camp, and although shorter than the Santa Cruz 45k some might consider it just as difficult. With a steep uphill climb to the Refugio Peru, a high point of 4,900m and a 5km traverse above 4,600m this race is not for the faint of heart.
