One week before Halloween, the Austin Halloween Half Marathon will set out across Cedar Park Texas just outside of Austin. Costumed or not, participants will work their way across a USATF certified 13.1-mile course. Chip timers will keep track of each runners time, and everyone who crosses the finish line will receive a custom finisher medal. Those medals won’t be the only rewards waiting at the races end. An after party will celebrate the day’s efforts with music, massages, breakfast for all runners and activities for kids who aren’t already exhausted from watching their parents run all morning.
