This will be our 20th Road Race, Course; Good undulating road surface,but not all roads are traffic, Time chips, showers, baggage storage, Bar , Food, A nice friendly atmosphere. All abilities are welcome.

Thank-you very much to the organizers of the 10k road run dispite the weather the marshalls were well placed on the course friendly and supportive it makes a big difference a good day and would recommend to all runners. A really nice medal even a drinking mug winners medals were good many thanks Aldridge for all your efforts.
